My best fitness advice for a busy social calendar!!

Instead of focusing on not eating or drinking and resisting the all the temptations at an event, focus on all the other things you can dial in outside of the social event.
We get so caught up in the ' it's bad for me' or restriction and then finally succumb to whatever food/beverage it is and then go completely over board. It's never worked before so why do we rely on sheer will power like this is the time it's going to work. It makes no sense!
Once you have a consistent schedule with workouts and nutrition all the other hours of the day in your normal life then you can possibly set up some guidelines for social events.
Take away is, focus on what you can control over what you can't.
